The TCT Fireball North Florida Medical Arts Building is an exciting new project where we have been awarded the mechanical and plumbing contracts. Our team is diligently working on decommissioning the water source heat pumps while handling draining, isolation, and lockout/tagout procedures for the chilled water supply and return lines. By closely collaborating with the general contractor, we are dedicated to providing customized comfort solutions that cater to the client's requirements. Set to kick off in March 2025, this project is progressing well and is anticipated to conclude by late summer. Stay tuned for updates as we continue to make significant progress on this transformative build!

At Smurfit West Rock in Fernandina Beach, Florida, our team successfully completed a project involving the installation of twenty 120" by 25' MatrixVents and sixty-four 5' by 6' wall louvers. The process included unloading equipment, cutting the metal roof for the MatrixVents, and securely installing them with proper sealing. For the wall louvers, we cut openings and installed strong supports, ensuring each louver was detailed with flashing and caulking for weather protection.

The Hydro Extrusion project in Saint Augustine, FL, included the installation of four 10' W x 25' MatrixVents. The team managed the process from equipment unloading to roof deck modifications and ground-level assembly. They hoisted and installed the vents, securing them with flashing and sealants during a scheduled plant outage to minimize disruption. The installation significantly improved the facility's ventilation, enhancing safety and operational efficiency.
