  • Tyler Holley completed high school in 2009 and entered the trade industry, starting in test and balance before becoming a project manager in 2013. He completed an Associate of Arts degree in Food and Resource Economics at Santa Fe College in 2013 and went on to earn a Bachelor's degree in the same field from the University of Florida in 2015. Tyler currently holds in good standing a Certified General Contractors, Certified Underground Utility and Excavation Contractors, and Certified Mechanical Contractors Licenses. Additionally, he is a certified FDEP Stormwater, Erosion, and Sedimentation Control Inspector. Tyler, a third-generation member of Local Union 234, cherishes spending time with his family and friends when he's not working.

  • Danny Pilcher brings over 24 years of experience in the Plumbing and Mechanical Trade. He proudly graduated from the Local Union 234 Jacksonville Apprenticeship Training and Trust. As a Certified Plumbing Contractor (CFC1432468) with a Journeyman Plumbing License, Med Gas Certification, and OSHA 10 credentials, Danny’s expertise is invaluable in his role as the Owner and Principal of WH Construction. His passion for the trade drives him daily, fueling his commitment to continuous improvement and team growth. Danny firmly believes that people are the cornerstone of building a successful business and nurturing lasting relationships. "Family is very important to our company," says Danny, emphasizing a core value that fosters a supportive work environment where every team member feels like part of a larger family. Danny loves and adores his wife, Miranda, who is his best friend and strongest supporter. Together, they take great pride in their sons, Kobe and Dylan. Kobe specializes in HVAC, while Dylan focuses on plumbing, and both are valuable members of the WH team. Currently in their fifth year of apprenticeship, they have obtained their Journeyman's Licenses. Danny also admires his brother Troy, WH's first employee, whose dedication has contributed to remarkable growth and success in both his personal and professional life. Danny expresses gratitude for the six first-year apprentices who recently joined, admiring their enthusiasm and readiness to face new challenges. Looking ahead, Danny is confident that with such a devoted and skilled team, WH Construction will continue to thrive. He deeply appreciates the remarkable individuals who form the team and the strong family bond that unites them all.


  • Ryan Hovsepian started his trade career in 1996, accumulating almost thirty years of experience. With a certification in medical gas, he has predominantly focused on hospital projects, handling various systems like HVAC, steam, domestic, sanitary, medical gas, and gas. Ryan is a proud graduate of the Local 234 Steamfitters/Plumbers Union apprenticeship, where he was honored as a member of the 100th-year class and received the Outstanding Plumber's Award. After spending 26 years with his previous employer, Ryan took on the role of General Foreman and partner at WH Construction. His extensive experience and commitment to excellence have made him a respected figure in his field. Outside of his professional life, Ryan enjoys spending time with his family on camping trips, tinkering as a hobby auto mechanic, riding dirt bikes, and going on occasional deep-sea fishing trips. He also has a passion for boating, water skiing, and traveling, making the most of his leisure time and living life to the fullest.

  • Leon Carnley, a seasoned professional with more than twenty years of experience in the construction and plumbing sectors. His expertise spans a decade in underground utilities and fourteen years in plumbing and mechanical work. Leon successfully completed a rigorous five-year apprenticeship program, obtaining licenses in medical gas and backflow certification. Currently, he holds the position of General Foreman at WH Construction. Outside of work, Leon values spending time with family and friends. His interests include fishing, golfing, and soaking up the sun at the beach. A passionate college football fan, Leon never misses an opportunity to cheer for his favorite team.

  • Trestan White has dedicated over 11 years to the plumbing and mechanical systems industry. Beginning his career as a teenage plumbing helper, he gained skills and acquired industry knowledge through a comprehensive five-year apprenticeship with the local Union 234 program. This included obtaining a medical gas license, as well as becoming a certified boiler operator at levels one and two. Through dedication and hard work, Trestan advanced to the position of General Foreman and is proud to be a part of the WH Construction team. Apart from his career, he values quality time with family and friends, and enjoys outdoor activities.

  • Josh Gamble discovered his passion for industrial trades and maintenance during his younger years from assisting his grandfather in the hydraulic repair shop as a teenager. After graduating high school in 2005, he began his career in industrial maintenance. Josh completed the apprenticeship program successfully, gaining valuable knowledge and experience from his colleagues. With over 19 years in the trades industry, Josh proudly took on the position of General Foreman at WH Construction and is grateful to be on the team. Josh prioritizes safety, honesty, and integrity in his work, aiming to share his expertise and learn from challenges. Josh and his family reside in Fort White, FL. Together they enjoy fishing, boating, and the peaceful life in the country.

  • Brittney Griffis, an accomplished professional, brings more than ten years of experience as an administrative assistant to her current position as Office Manager at WH Construction. Brittney excels in the fast-paced business environment with her sharp attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills. She ensures that the entire team stays on track with billing, financials, and customer service. Her dedication and expertise are invaluable in maintaining the smooth operation of the office and supporting the company's success. She is committed to our company's growth. When she's not in the office, Brittney loves soaking up the Florida sunshine and quality time with her family.

  • Aaron White brings over 14 years of experience to the trade industry, specializing in plumbing and pipefitting. A graduate of the JATT Local 234 Apprenticeship Program, Aaron holds brazing and med gas licenses. He joined WH Construction as a General Foreman, contributing his expertise and dedication to the team. Outside of work, Aaron values family time and enjoys spending weekends in the woods with his wife and kids. He also likes relaxing with friends and engaging in outdoor activities. Aaron is grateful to be part of the WH Construction family and looks forward to continuing his impactful work.

  • Shelton Hunter is a dedicated professional with a decade of experience in the trades. He successfully completed a four-year apprenticeship at Santa Fe College, where he was honored with the Top Apprentice Award in 2019. Shelton holds numerous certifications in refrigeration and HVAC, ranging from ultra-low refrigeration to N.A.T.E., along with various in-house manufacturing classes.

    With experience spanning residential, industrial, and everything in between, Shelton specializes in refrigeration while being a versatile team player. As a General Foreman for WH Construction, he eagerly embraces new opportunities and challenges.

    Outside of work, Shelton enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, and fishing.

    Shelton believes in the wisdom of Pelé's words: “Success is no accident. It is hard work, perseverance, learning, studying, sacrifice and most of all, love of what you are doing or learning to do."

  • With 42 years of experience in the trade industry, Deon Olitsky brings a wealth of knowledge in plumbing, mechanical, and HVAC services—earning him the reputation of "doing it all." Deon completed the local 234 apprenticeship program and holds a license in HVAC. As a Project Coordinator at WH Construction, he is dedicated to keeping the team on track and ensuring project success. Deon is excited to use his extensive experience to help our clients and team members achieve their goals. Outside of work, he enjoys being outdoors, especially hunting and fishing.

  • Wes Lazenby brings 25 years of experience in the construction industry, including 11 years with his previous employer. Over the years, he has developed strong expertise in plumbing, particularly in service work, ensuring projects run efficiently and meet high standards. He has also completed college coursework in business management, further enhancing his leadership and decision-making skills. As a General Foreman, Wes takes pride in overseeing operations, solving challenges, and delivering quality results. Outside of work, he values time with his family and enjoys outdoor activities like fishing and hunting.

  • Justin Geiger entered the trade fresh out of high school, landing his very first job at 18. Determined to advance in the industry, he applied three times for the Local 234 apprenticeship school. If he hadn't been accepted, he was ready to join the military—a decision his dad wasn't thrilled about. His perseverance paid off, and after completing the five-year program, he became a certified pipe fitter and welder, earning credentials in medical gas, welding, backflow prevention, confined spaces, Med Trac systems, and more. Bringing almost two decades of experience as a General Foreman to WH Construction, Justin is honored to be a part of the team. When he's not working, Justin spends as much time as he can with his wife and five daughters. As he puts it, "You can find me at a golf course any given day, on the Gulf of America tearing the Reds & Trout up, or in the hunting woods chasing Bucks and Turkey." And, of course, he shares his home with the family's only "son," Spike—better known as Spikeboy—their loyal dog.

  • Ashton Johnson brings a decade of experience in the HVAC industry. After completing a five-year apprenticeship, he turned out as an HVAC technician. He also pursued boilers and successfully gained certifications as a Boiler 1 and Boiler 2 Operator, making him well-versed in both HVAC systems and the startup and servicing of various boiler brands. Ashton proudly serves as a General Foreman at WH Construction, where he leads teams and ensures projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards of quality. When Ashton is not working, he dedicates as much time as possible to his family and enjoys spending time outdoors, particularly hunting and fishing.
